Language
- The language spoken in Brazil is Portuguese. Basic English is widely spoken and a large share of the population understands well Spanish.
- English will be used as the official language of the event.

- Florianópolis is a very informal city. The dress code for the congress is casual or business casual.

- The main credit cards are accepted in Brazil. Visa and MasterCard are accepted in almost all hotels, restaurants and shops. If you want to pay a taxi with credit card, check with the taxi before boarding it this payment is accepted (not all taxis take credit cards).
